Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sales Forecast and Stock Replenishment
  • Lead the Sales Forecasts process in APO and Demand Template, organize the meeting with Sales & Marketing to review the Sales projection for the next 6 months, and ensure the correct input of sales forecasts into APO system and Demand Template.
  • Be responsible for the stock replenishment and stock parameters set up in SAP:
  • categorize the stock in fast moving, slow moving or rare/obsolete,
  • define the appropriate stock coverage by product.
  • Identify and resolve Out Of Stock situation.
  • Logistics/Warehousing Operations
  • Process shipping documents, ensuring documentation are in order and goods are cleared within the stipulated time frame. To ensure that the company meets all Customs & Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) requirements. Liaise with shipping agents, logistics provider, insurer and ensuring any issues arising from shipments are resolved timely.
  • Prepare and make all necessary arrangements for export of goods or POSM to related companies within stipulated timeframe.
  • Be responsible to prepare duty payment proposal on the stipulated duty payment dates. Obtain approval from Financial Controller for ad-hoc duty payments.
  • Prepare and organize bi-annual stock-take on Finished Goods & Point-Of-Sale Materials (POSM) materials, liaising with the Warehouse Provider, Marketing & Sales team on the dates and time of stock-take. Instructing re-count on site when discrepancies are material. To consolidate final stock count reconciliation and to ensure necessary adjustments in SAP for discrepancies and follow up invoicing Warehouse Provider for any losses.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing environment. Experience in wines and spirits industry would be very advantageous
