Job Description

Our Client is a Logistics Industry MNC located at Changi.
  • Salary up to $2800 Basic + $60 Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Permanent full time position
  • Working days 5.25 Days, Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.50pm, Alt Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
Job Description:
• Attends to telephone, telex, fax and email enquiries
• Follow up shipments status with overseas stations and airlines. (E.g. . PO Chasing – liaise with shipper and
counterpart for shipment pick up)
• Checking on shipment arrival notice.
• Prepare COD (Cash-on-delivery) advising slip for customer, arrange delivery and ensure payment collected upon
delivery.
• Work with Traffic to meet customers’ delivery requests.
• Matches Cargo Clearance Permit (CCP) with Delivery docket, handover to Traffic to carry out delivery instruction.
• Performs other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Stops delivery if C.O.D. customers do not make payment.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in any field.
• Min 1 year working experience in related field.
• PC literate (MS Office)
• Good communication (bilingual) and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, team player, proactive and committed worker
