Job Description

Accounts (70%)
  • Maintaining full set of accounts.
  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports on a timely basis.

Human Resources (30%)

  • Assist HODs in hiring and termination processes.
  • Submission and termination of confirmed staff on Company Health Insurance Coverage.
  • Maintaining & updating all the related HR documents such as Job Descriptions, Internal & External Training records, Total Learning Plan, E-Leave and etc.
  • Responsible for facilitating strategic learning direction, master learning programs, total learning plan, feedback on learning and improvement process periodically.
  • Preparing of the LOA, confirmation letters and increment letters.
  • Administrative
  • Responsible for flight booking, visa application, travel invitation letter, hotel reservation & travel agency coordination in individual business units.
  • Manage office facilities including office equipment, furniture, security, maintenance of office premises.
  • To ensure the marketing materials and brochures are sufficient in business units.
  • Ad-hoc task and assignments as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI/CAT
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years of accounting experiences.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office program (Excel/Word)
  • Resourceful, meticulous with good analytical skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
